MYEYES

It's another one of those "I've got nothing much to say but I wanna post anyway" posts. I rhyme.

When I grow up, I really don't know if I'm ever going to put makeup. We went to get a family photo-shoot today and the makeup was...omph. Okay so I guess I have something to say.

I notice many pretty ladies' skins are smooth and clear. Because they are covered with a layer of foundation, and an artificial blush. Their lashes look so good because they have mascara added to it and their eyes look so smoky because of the shadow...

I don't really like it. I have never put on makeup in my life [well except for a few weird times] and when I got home after the photoshoot I could just notice how "crusty" and unnaturally white my skin looked, along with this too-rosy blush added. Like one thick layer of foundation slapped on it.

And they put lots of stuff on my eyes too. When I rubbed a bit, I had this thick, black shadow underneath and I ended up looking like some Black Parade mascot.

See, I'm so noob I don't even know how to get makeup off.

Well, still, the photo shoot was quite a lot of fun. But I couldn't help but feel this slight sense of being artificial and unnatural. My parents aren't as fun as I would wish them to be, and my brother was probably just graciously playing along.

Still, again, it was quite a fun experience for all of us. Now what am I supposed to say? We were tired but happy. Like my old primary-school day essays.

Can anyone sense this dark cloud?...
