on the bathroom floor

Ack. I deleted some cbox tags on accident...the stupid back button never works. I was fooling around with the tags section and clicking on the messages without knowing the stupid boxes were ticked along with it. Yeah well I clicked the delete button and dot dot dot. Really sorry to those who tagged.. Anyway, today was a super huge pile of fun, especially the last part. We actually did the mentos and coke experiment in school! I've always wanted to do that for a long time. We were split into groups and I was with my friends in the coke light group and our coke only shot to abt a pathetic 70cm high. We heard that some sec 1s managed to get the drink to 'erupt' more than 300cm high! W.O.W. We got some of the mentos pills that shot out and threw them back into the coke hoping for another eruption but the coke only bubbled and sizzled. Sadly, after that, we had to pour the coke down the sink. What a sad waste, for the mentos bar too, and it wasn't just one group. I guess our school really has too much money to spend. The bottles were the 1.5 litre kinds. The activity was really fun though, and we had to make a hypothesis about which type of drink [sprite, coke, coke light, pepsi, pepsi light...]would cause the highest eruption. I really really LOVE BLU!

We're going to celebrate by birthday this weekend cuz my dad's not going to be in S'pore. It was celebrated earlier last time due to the same reason so I always think that the earlier date is my birthday and forget that it actually isn't it yet. I wonder what stuff I'll get this year [now I sound like a spoiled brat]. But seriously, I'm not going to lie and say I don't like presents. I love getting presents a whole lot, especially surprise ones. I just don't like causing people inconvenience or having to spend money. This weekend is going to be very busy. We have lunch and dinner appointments with my parents' friends and our cousins, then I have to get my hair trimmed [it's lucky that I evaded the teachers for a whole week with my hair...or maybe thay just don't care...], go to the library, get my phone, guitar lesson, JEB day out!!, collect my voucher or something from St. Nicks and other stuff that has just slipped my mind. This is probably one of my happiest weekends ever. Happy cuz I'll finally get to see my best friends after so long [okay not very long], and celebrate my early bday with my family.

Gah now I'm feeling really springy. While eating dinner yesterday, the tv was on and there was a section on mtv that was playing something called 'the alternative playlist' or something like that they actually showed SMBH on it. It was really cool. I've seen the video for it millions of times but not once on mtv before so I was really wow!. The only other videos I've seen by Muse actually shown on mtv are Starlight and Sunburn. Quite pathetic since they have so many videos and mtv is constantly showing the same Jordin Sparks will.i.am. top 40 hits videos all the time and it's quite sickening to listen to the same thing again and again even on the radio. I wish they could focus on other good music around instead of always playing the same old thing. Ahwell better stop before someone comes to stranggle me or something.

Yesterday's activities at school were really great too. I really respect how the teachers had to go through so much effort to make BLU so much fun. A whole lot of planning must have been done. Sometimes I realise it's quite mean for us to say that somethings are boring or pointless [though I have sort of...]since we have no idea how much effort they had to put in. One day when we start planning BLU or whatever orientation activities and such for our juniors we'll be able to see how much the teachers and staff have to work. I have a feeling we'll be doing that next year...
