Damn. I'm going to miss the telecast of the EMA ceremony since I won't be in S'pore then. I found out that Muse won the best Headliner award! Well they definitely deserve it. I think their live performances rock. Went to watch a concert by the academy of rock with one of my friends and it was really awesome. I'd do anything to be part of them.

Took part in this boot designing competition. Ha-ha. The REAL challenge was submitting it. The whole site was in flash and the applet was pretty screwed. There was this 'NaN' everywhere, which I think most info people [who have made mistakes] will recognise. Then my brother the smart guy tried to help and ended up going BACK. So my whole design on the site was erased. Then I almost went mad, not angry but crazy and started crying. I know that sounds whiny and baby-ish but try spending an hour using the mouse and hand to design an elaborate pattern on a boot to have it erased in front of your face! Then my brother was all sorry sorry it's my fault. Then my mom came out and saw me and it was like some drama show. BUT, in the end we somehow salvaged my entry by discovering that I had recently Print-ed Screen and saved my picture, followed by inserting a picture on the plain boot and overlapping the whole damn thing to make it a whole new entry identical to my previous one. In short, I finally got to submit my entry for the stupid boot competition that isn't really stupid since the prize money is pretty boom...

This past week has been really cool. Went to watch The Game Plan with my friends and I almost wanted to cry at some parts. Went to Borders, went to plaza sing, went to hougang mall, even got to hold an electric guitar. It's better than slacking at home all day which is pretty much what I do if I don't go out with my friends. After everything that happened from the start of the year till now, when I'm feeling really happy...I don't know how to put this, but the medicine just tastes better when the sting is worse.
