ECLIPSEADDICTION

Eclipse was SO worth the trouble. I just can't stop looking at it. I was wrong. We got it too. We didn't get it as late as I expected we would. The earth is still round!

I was going crazy without having eclipse with me, so my mom called up Borders and they said they only had ONE copy left. My mom reserved it straight away. Then she called Kinokuniya, and they said they had PLENTY of copies of eclipse there. I would have prefered to buy eclipse from Borders, but it was $1 more expensive than the ones in Kinokuniya, and there was only one to choose from. [When it comes to buying something, the motto is: Get the one at the bottom-most bottom] Just for getting my book, we went all the way to Wheelock place to have lunch and went to Borders "for fun". Sure enough, no eclipse to be found. Mom told me to un-reserve the book in case another girl like me was coming here to look for it, and I wouldn't want to torture her. Unfortunately for whoever, I got extremely paranoid and afraid that between now and when we went to kinokuniya, some crazy fans would snatch all the remaining copies away, then I would have to run back to Borders to find that the book I un-reserved had been bought.

Therefore and henceforth, I did not un-reserve the book, and went to kinokuniya. Hah. I felt so stupid, cuz there were SO MANY copies of eclipse in kinokuniya. Guess you can imagine the process in which I chose the "best" book. Mom got pretty frustrated, but I had to stick to my "at-the-bottom" rule.

And after all this pointless ranting, I haven't finished eclipse yet, solely because I have a history test tomorrow. Bleh. I already finished half of it though, on the same day I bought it. Once again I had to restrain myself a bit. But no worries, cuz the book is about 600+ pages thick. So far the story has been really good, and we learn A LOT more about Rose and Jasper. Well, I better stop here before I leak anything.

Loved the weekend. I finally got the book I wanted for so long and my wonderful brother gave me his ipod nano for nothing. Seriously nothing. Got back geog and english writing tests today. Feeling quite happy, but right now, nothing makes me happier than eclipse does.
